Exchange / Return Policy
 

Once the order is shipped and delivered to your address, you can exchange or return it.

Exchange is only possible WITHIN the next 3 days of delivery of your product; after 3 days of delivery of the product, we will not exchange or return any product in any case.

All items to be exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

The product should be unwashed, unused, and in an undamaged condition

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in the return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of receipt of return delivery.

Once we receive the products as per the policies then we will issue a Coupon code to you for the return product value, which you can use to shop on our website. In case of refunds, we will transfer the funds to your bank account within 3 business days.
